Fabrication & Installation

In-house stone fabrication

We cut, profile, and fit every natural stone slab within our dedicated facility. Direct shop fabrication eliminates subcontract handoffs and keeps measurement tolerances strictly beneath millimeter variance.

Shop Standards

Technical stone execution

Every countertop package moves through three controlled phases of preparation before transport, ensuring structural stability and clean perimeter lines.

Digital laser templating

Custom edge profiling

Structural sink anchoring

Field technicians map your installed base cabinetry using 3D laser scanners, capturing out-of-square drywall, corners, and wall bows directly into CAD files.

CNC router tables and diamond-grit hand polishers shape mitered aprons, clean eased perimeters, and full bullnose details with uniform surface sheen.

Waterjet machinery cuts undermount basins with exact reveal tolerances, pairing stone cutouts with mechanical steel under-cabinet support brackets.

Single-day site installation

Our technicians record perimeter measurements over set base cabinets, confirming overhang clearances, seam placement, and appliance cutouts.

We examine your chosen granite, quartzite, or marble bundle under high-CRI lighting to inspect fissures, color movement, and slab thickness consistency.

Computerized waterjet and saw tooling cuts slab pieces according to your approved CAD nest, matching prominent stone veins across major seam locations.

Our full-time crew transports, carries, levels, and chemically bonds the stone tops on site, leaving surfaces clean and ready for plumbing fixtures.
